Calls and Text Messages

1. Calls to our demo line

Our phone line is a demo line. When you call, you are talking with an AI assistant, not a person.

• Every call is recorded and transcribed. You will hear this notice at the very start of the call, before the assistant asks you anything.
• The only personal information the assistant asks for is your email address, so we can follow up with you. Giving it is optional.
• Please do not share payment details or other sensitive information on the call.
• We keep call recordings and transcripts for 90 days, then delete them. Our phone provider keeps a basic call log (the number you called from, and the call date, time and length) for up to 12 months.
• During the call, OpenAI's AI model writes the assistant's replies. After the call, Google's Gemini model reads the transcript to write a short summary, which is emailed to our business inbox. Our Privacy Policy explains how long we keep it.
• Don't want to be recorded? Hang up at any time and email us at vxwebworks.studio@gmail.com instead.

Staying on the line after the notice means you agree to the recording and transcript. We do not use your voice to identify you. More details are in our Privacy Policy.

2. Text messages

We do not currently send text messages.

If we ever turn on text messages, these program terms will apply:

• Frequency: message frequency varies.

• Stop: reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will get one confirmation text and no further messages.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for more.
